Personalized Items
Items customized with names, monograms, dates, or other personalized details are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.
We encourage customers to double-check all customization details before placing an order to avoid errors.
Non-Personalized Items
Returns for non-personalized items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of BLE.
If approved, returns will be issued as store credit only, excluding shipping charges.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
Any items showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.
